Amit is a well-respected Industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in the Inbound tourism space. Till recently, Amit was the Chief Executive Officer of one of India’s leading Destination Management companies. In the past he has held Senior level positions with some of India’s most professional inbound companies where he led teams to achieve leadership positions. He is a graduate of the St Stephen’s college and a MBA from Delhi University.

Amit is an adviser to Go India Experiences in the areas of Strategy and Business Development.

Amit was born, raised and studied in the historical city of Gwalior. In a professional career spanning for over almost 30 years, Amit had the privilege in spearheading some of the most prestigious projects in various capacities and had been instrumental in opening & establishing new Incoming business opportunities.

Soft spoken by nature Amit takes the pride to be called himself as a “global citizen” as his life and career has been a love of discovering new places both within India and abroad.

Amit’s strong operational and sales background along with product knowledge and tremendous inter-personal skills has cemented his position as an expert in the field of tailormade group and FIT tours. He loves to create and offer tailor-made travel experiences that are world-class and unique to each client’s needs and budgets. His demeanour and strong relationships with Industry partners are his biggest assets.

Armed with dreams, Qamar packed his first bag at the age of seven when he left for boarding school. Away from the doting family, organizational skills blossomed in the young boy who was soon planning school trips at the age of 9. Who was to know that this would be a choice of career in the years to come? The hints were there… At the age of 13 he was already managing the mess for the 300 students of boarding school. This early exposure to management & organization created that natural flair for a tourism professional.

A management degree from a prestigious institute always comes in handy and provided the technical support and brushed up raw youthful skills. He started his professional career with the most renowned company of India and got an opportunity to work directly under industry stalwarts of India Tourism. Under the tutelage of these masters of the trade, he learnt the nuances of providing memories- the most vital aspect of meaningful tourism.

Qamar has had a distinguished career, having held leading positions with portfolios of marketing, innovation, products, sales and in-charge of operation in large organizations, where he has to his credit the successful implementation of some very unique ideas.

Widely traveled around the world and the Indian sub-continent, Qamar is a meticulous planner, always creating something new, and enjoys an excellent rapport with the industry.

The love for travel and reading was ingrained into Ripan's young mind very early on in life and an important learning from those days was to have an open mind and an appreciation for other cultures and people. This evolved into a yearning to constantly seek out the new and he found his raison d'etre in tourism where his home country India is a land of constant discovery and learning.

So today, with a career spanning over 30 years in the travel business, he brings in his expertise, passion and a keen desire to create the most enriching & memorable experiences for his customers. A calm demeanor combined with conscientiousness make him a most reliable anchor for the organization. He loves his home turf and firmly believes that a journey to the Indian sub-continent can be most rewarding and stimulating for all.

An inherent adventurer and a foodie, he loves to be in the outdoors and can be often seen experimenting with a variety of cuisines and paring them with his favourite wines.

Born and brought up in the hills of Uttarakhand in the Himalayas, Neeraj Rawat moved to Delhi soon after his schooling to Graduate from Delhi University. He also learnt French language from the prestigious Institute Alliance Francaise de Delhi.

At Go India Experiences he is spearheading our Incoming business mainly from France due to his proficiency in the language. His passion for travel took him to places within India and he also gathered immense knowledge through in-destination training as an ethnologist.

Some of his personal favourite experiences are night ceremony at the Meenakshi Temple in Madurai, Backwater Cruise on Vembanad Lake Kerala, boat ride on the Ganges in Varanasi, Yogic life in an Ashram in Haridwar, night walking tour inside the living fort of Jaisalmer, getting lost in the ruins of Hampi to name a few. Neeraj is a tailor-made specialist and constantly on a look out for new products and experiences and incorporate them in his offering. Backed with strong operational skills, Neeraj is an invaluable asset to the company.

Originally from the city of Taj Mahal-Agra Deepak has done Bachelors of Arts from Agra University and Diploma in Spanish Language from Instituto Hispania New Delhi. Deepak is a travel professional with more than 8 years in Inbound travel industry. He is proficient in Spanish language (both spoken and written) and spearheading our Tailor made FIT specialist division for Incoming business from Spain and Latin America.

He strives to create unique and experiential journeys for his clients and looks at operational excellence from varied perspectives, aiming to optimize the connections between people, process and suppliers to ensure that clients have their journey of a lifetime. He is passionate about travel, spirituality, singing and listening to Spanish songs.

Kapil is a senior campaigner and has an overall experience of 15 years in travel industry. A graduate in commerce enthusiastically opted for Masters in Tourism Management studies from one of the premier institutes in India to follow his passion for travel. He has travelled to few countries to explore his love for travel and to understand different cultures, religions, cuisines, ideologies & communities. Kapil is a specialist in adhoc FIT tours and in handling Incoming luxury clients mainly from the Pacific region.

His forte is product knowledge, meticulous planning and preparing destination brochure for our business partners across the globe. He is driven by his passion and always find new ways to enhance product and service experience for the clients. Kapil is a team player and is extremely proud of Indian culture and its rich and diverse traditions. He is a cricket buff, an avid traveller, movie enthusiast, a connoisseur-collector of Sufi and Indi-pop music, and a foodie!
